tastebuds got worn out on black teas green teas - i've been drinking ginger & lemon juice instead. it is pretty delicious & not a diuretic, so i'm not as thirsty, maybe. plus, ginger has all these great benefits that i'm gonna list now. It is good for your immune system, helps prevent/fight off colds/allergies, soothes the throat, helps w/ your time of month, is a stimulant, energizes, and tastes good. ha, but i'm not sure if my allergies have hit yet or not, but if so, i feel pretty good and have avoided sticky & sore throats. yea! highly recommended.

since the last post, i have been more productive. i always get that horrible itchy feeling when i am halfway through a graphic design project. ugh. being an indecisive person and a designer sorta contradict, like all the time.

this weekend shaped up, no snow! soil seminar, co-op groceries, bike ride, lots of exploring & a 10 cent fanny pack.
