Today I made this bracelet via Honestly... WTF's suggestion. Their tutorials are really great and I love that they're current trends.

So, making the bracelet cost $3.50. I biked to Knittn' Kitten again because I knew they had embroidery floss. There is also a small selection of jewelry, which is where I found the silver bracelet. The design is meant for a chunkier + flatter style curb link bracelet - but I didn't feel like looking around today. I'll probably make more, since it's super easy and I want to find more discarded jewelry to work with.

Also, I'm the new Community Organizer intern at Growing Gardens. Hurray! I'm excited to do work with gardening in Portland and learn more about the community and my new home. It'll be nice to be involved with one organization consistently, because until now, I've been sorta bouncing around to find a place I like volunteering at.

Crossing things off the new year's list, woo.
