here are my recent necklaces. i've been attracted to jewelry that incorporates colorful flosses and strings. it's sorta like rediscovering childhood materials (floss and wood beads). the first necklace, i made last night before going to bed. simple, simple and easy to reproduce. the other necklace is smoky quartz and a metal feather charm, also simple. my friend told me that smoky quartz is good at dissipating negative energy & i was like, i need that! thus, this necklace. though, i'm not totally satisfied with it and might re-string it somehow.

Hope everyone is getting excited for summer (and is planning on coming out to PDX to visit!). I'll have to get a list going soon, but I definitely want to do much camping and soak in some hot springs and use these hiking boots!
